The principal, Timothy Lambert, has extensive experience with the design, permit process and construction of homes located in the coastal zone. The firm offers a full range of architectural and construction management services for a wide variety of clients. The practice emphasizes the direct participation of the design team in all phases of the project from planning, programming, conceptual design through the construction process itself. ARCHITECTURE

Since the firm was founded in 2005, we have been engaged in a wide variety of commissions. The bulk of our work includes: Commercial and Residential projects ranging from modest renovations to luxury homes. Mr. Lambert’s design approach does not impose a personal style on his client’s projects. We believe a working relationship with open dialogue and easy communication will help identify design solutions to accommodate the client’s objectives, all within budget while creating places of architectural significance.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

As an extension of our Architectural services we offer a broad range of Construction Management services to ensure your plans become an accurate reality. Services such as bid solicitation, value engineering and contractor progress payment approval keep the project within budget and on schedule. Other Services such as periodic on site observation and shop drawing review are essential to the project’s success.

EXPERIENCE

As the principal of Wellkraft Architecture, Timothy Lambert continues to expand the company’s operational capacity by pursuing projects that require challenging solutions. Mr. Lambert attended the School of Architecture and Planning at The Catholic University of America for both his under graduate and post graduate studies. With a Masters degree in Architecture and over 25 years in the field, Timothy Lambert is professionally licensed to practice Architecture and is a certified Code Enforcement Officer by the State of New York.
